Gerri Bachicha, has worked as a continuum site coordinator for 6 years. Carmela Romero is a co-coordinator.
​
The site goal is to reduce the unnecessary detention of youth and decrease recidivism.
​
Youth who have lived experience in the juvenile justice system participate on the board and have decision making power, these youth continue to inspire the board members.
